What is the shelf life of your products?

Our product shelf life is up to 1 year after purchase. 

Are Oujoi products cruelty free?

Yes, our products are 100% cruelty free. We do not test on animals.

Are your products scented?

Yes, our products have an inherent scent from the herbal extracts and essential oils. We also use a small amount of a natural and synthetic phthalate-free fragrance blend in our products. 

Are Oujoi products vegan?

No, our products aren't vegan. Our products may contain honey which is a byproduct of bees. Please refer to individual product ingredients for reference.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from our warehouse in New York.

How long will my order take to ship?

Order processing time is between 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday during normal business hours excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders placed after 12:30 PM EST will be processed the next day. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, the first processing day will be the next business day.

During holidays and sales, orders may have an extended shipping time. Please see the top of our front page for the most accurate processing time.

I entered the incorrect shipping address during checkout, how do I change it?

Contact hello@oujoi.com immediately. We may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Please contact Customer Service at hello@oujoi.com to cancel an order. 

Orders cannot be changed once it's placed. You will need to cancel your order and place another.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

No, only one discount code can be used. Codes cannot be combined.
